Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your item is damaged please contact your shipping carrier.
Refunds
Unfortunately Spiritually Jeweled LLC does not offer refunds. However, if your item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will exchange or credit you’re account. Damaged item must be returned.
Custom Orders
For custom order inquiries please email spirituallyjeweled@gmail.com with your request. A custom order is an item made per your preference. This can include, but is not limited to size, color or quantity. Please allow a minimum of 15-20 business days for items to be shipped.
